Alkemya Metacore SCSp is an investment partnership based in Luxembourg, created to offer qualified investors access to high-potential international opportunities. Structured as a Société en Commandite Spéciale (SCSp), it provides operational flexibility, a solid legal framework, and full transparency in management.
A Strategic Asset Base
The partnership holds approximately 7 million meters of ultra-pure nickel wire with a diameter of 0.025 mm and 99.99% purity, representing an estimated value of USD 1.6 billion (EUR 1.4 billion).
This material is used in the production of high-precision technological meshes for advanced applications, including hydrogen electrolyzers, electromagnetic shielding (EMI), radar-absorbing materials, and other industrial technologies.
Alkemya Partners GP Sàrl, based in Luxembourg, serves as the General Partner with unlimited liability. The partnership also provides for the issuance of 800 million limited partnership units in the form of Security Tokens (STOs), each issued at a nominal value of USD 1.
